Follow these instructions below to start a claim. Note that the claim needs to be submitted within 10 days of the purchase:

- Write “Price Match Claim” in the subject line
- In the body of the email you must include ALL of the following:
- Your order/invoice number
- Your Full Name
- Your Full Mailing address
- The URL to the web page of the matching product
If you fail to enter of any of the information above your claim cannot be processed.
- The item must be in stock in the same brand, style, size, and color.
- Shipping charges and taxes for the item from the other online retailer will be considered when comparing the prices.
- We must be able to verify the price on the Internet retailer’s website.
- Not applicable for our or the other online retailer’s auctions, discontinued and closeout items.
- Not applicable if bought from the other company by bidding in their auctions.
- Not applicable for used items bought from another company or items bought from private individuals.
- Not applicable if the Internet retailer’s lower price requires membership fees, coupons, product-bundling purchase, or rebates.
- Wicked Stock will not match its own price as we sell on different marketplaces and price varies based on product availability, competition and commission we pay to those marketplaces.
- This is only available to our retail customers and not to wholesale customers.
- If returned for a refund, this falls in our normal refund policy.
