Bought a set of these a few seasons back and wanted to be sure I gave them a thorough test before I rated them given the mild Southern California winters where I live. They have held up as well as “premium” priced gloves from several name brands that I have owned in the past. They provide solid warmth (especially if used with glove liners – not included) down to temps in the 40’s – without heated grips and while bulky (as expected) they still allow relatively high touch, manipulation, and dexterity. The velcro closure on the gauntlet allows for quick adjustment and the stitching is high quality and durable. I initially wanted to give these gloves a “four star” rating because the leather is fading faster than experienced with other leather gloves, however that would be slighting the overall quality of the glove and the budget-minded price more than makes up for the minor concern. I’d buy ’em again, but my experience thus far tells me it’ll be a few more years before I will need to!
