I wear it with a light long sleeved shirt over it. I’m 6 feet and ~200 pounds, and bought a size XL. It fits well but a large might have been fine as well. Good forearm, shoulder and back protection, minimal side protection. Obviously not as much protection as a full textile jacket but great for the summer when a full jacket may be too hot.

It’s better to wear this than a plain shirt as when the weather gets hot you can wear it under your hoodie or by itself I wear a tank top over it bcz o don’t want to look old fashioned. Feels good as it blocks the sun and ventilates air. It’s more protective than a shirt during a crash
