Wicked Stock is a motorcycle gear brand operated by Powinda Sports, LLC.
We understand that when you place an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly while providing clear shipping options at checkout.
Order Processing
Most in-stock products ship the same business day or the next business day after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
The earlier in the day an order is placed, the better the chance it will ship the same day.
Product availability may be shown on the product page after a size, color, or product option is selected. Availability may also appear in the shopping cart and order confirmation email.
Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not included in shipping or delivery business-day calculations.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, orders placed through wickedstock.com are shipped within the United States only.
Orders outside the United States are not currently supported through wickedstock.com checkout.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using FedEx, USPS, UPS, FedEx SmartPost, or another available carrier based on the order, destination, selected shipping method, package size, and service availability.
We use our best judgment to ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible while also attempting to minimize shipping costs where possible.
Shipping Options and Rates
Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on the shipping destination and current shipping settings.
Current shipping options include Continental US and Non-Continental US shipping rates.
Continental US Shipping
Continental US standard shipping is currently free where available at checkout.
Continental US expedited shipping is currently $35.00 and typically delivers within 2–3 business days after the order has shipped.
Non-Continental US Shipping
Non-Continental US shipping applies to supported United States destinations outside the Continental US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and other supported US regions where available at checkout.
Non-Continental US standard shipping is currently $15.00 where available at checkout.
Non-Continental US expedited shipping is currently $43.00 where available at checkout and typically delivers within 2–3 business days after the order has shipped.
Available shipping options and final shipping costs are shown at checkout based on the destination address and current shipping settings.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is typically sent within 24 hours after an item has shipped.
For example, if you place an order on Monday night and it ships on Tuesday morning, you will typically receive tracking information on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, selected service, service availability, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.
Expedited shipping estimates apply after the order has shipped and do not include order processing time.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other external factors may occur and are outside the direct control of Wicked Stock.
Incorrect, Refused, or Undeliverable Orders
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders that are refused, abandoned, returned due to an incorrect address, or considered undeliverable may be subject to additional shipping, return, or service fees.
