Wicked Stock is a motorcycle gear brand operated by Powinda Sports LLC.

We want customers to be satisfied with their order. If your order arrives and something is not right, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns

You may request a return for any new, unused, and unaltered item within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

All returned items must reach us within 14 days of the return request being approved.

Returned products must be in new, unused condition and must include the original box and/or packaging, with all tags included. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by Wicked Stock, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Returns are usually inspected within 24 hours of receipt.

Depending on your card issuer, bank, or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days after the refund is processed for the credit to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

You may use the carrier of your choice to return your order. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.

All return shipments must be prepaid. Packages shipped COD will be rejected.

Refused, undelivered, or abandoned packages may be subject to a service fee.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. This helps reserve the replacement item faster and ensures that available inventory is secured.

If the replacement order qualifies for any active free shipping offer, that offer will be applied at checkout. Customers remain responsible for return shipping on the original order unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped from our warehouse.

If an order has already shipped, it must be handled through the return process. Cancellation fees may apply where applicable.

Used or Damaged Merchandise

Used, worn, installed, altered, damaged, incomplete, or opened items that are no longer in new condition cannot be returned.

Motorcycle gear and parts must be tried indoors only and must not show signs of use, including but not limited to wear, dirt, bugs, odor, pet hair, scuffing, mounting marks, or other visible use.

We encourage customers to check fit and suitability indoors before using any item on the road.

No Restocking Fees

Wicked Stock does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns that meet this policy.

Policy Abuse

Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple quantities of the same or similar item with the intention of returning most of the order. Wicked Stock reserves the right to refuse returns that appear to abuse or misuse this policy.
